Cons

Filthy work environment, work place harassment, pay based on geographical location not experience, When you get injured on the job you get fired waiting for corrective surgery, poor review system, under staffed so you carry other jobs titles while employed for no more pay, environmental impacts from chemical spills are overlooked.
