Fellow employees are like family Supervisor leads by example Winter hours can be long and hard but it is steady work. Company puts Safety first, if you have to leave early to make it home safely during a snow storm - no questions asked. You start with 2 weeks vacation and 10 paid holidays. Discount on oil and propane
