Deako is an incredibly exciting place to work. The company is growing at a rapid rate; the culture and leadership are also fantastic. I tip my hat at leadership, who constantly pushes for improvement within, which then of course trickles down through the rest of the organization. Leadership leave egos at the door and encourage everyone to provide their own viewpoint to move the company forward- there is no room for groupthink because everyone feels respected and valued enough to share their input. There is also a huge focus on ensuring the company culture is healthily maintained. Work/life balance is very important here. They truly believe family is above all and it only helps to improve overall productivity and morale. Everyone is a unique contributor, which creates a diverse and forward thinking team. On top of everything else, my coworkers are amazing and the product is a ton of fun to sell. Deako provides a ton of room for growth here. I really can’t be happier with where I’m at. Thanks Deako!
