Pros

Food every Saturday which is a plus. You get time off at your request but no PTO.

Cons

No pto. No benefits. Only a 30 minute break for 6+ hours and 15 for 5 or less if you’re lucky. Lot of work for just 13/hr compared to other places. They say you will get promoted but promotion with Dealerflex not the dealerships you work with, and the raise is about .50 - 1.00$ maximum.
