Pros
This place promotes from within, and it happens fast if you’re performing. I’ve had friends at other companies stay in SDR roles for 2+ years. I moved to AE in 8 months because I hit my numbers and kept learning. The training is legit. We’re not winging it — there’s a framework, live coaching, and actual feedback on how to get better. Leadership is focused on sales excellence, not fluff.
Cons
Can be intense at times. There are expectations and metrics, and not everyone can handle that.
