Pros

You’ll believe the hype for the first two months (if you don’t get fired before then).

Cons

The sales pitch is misleading. Toxic work environment. No ethics. Sexism and sexual harassment rampant. No HR. CEO thinks he can do anyone’s job. The “we’re just getting started” commentary is just to keep people’s minds off the fact that the company has not been growing. It’s a boy’s club. Don’t let this be your first job unless you’re okay with being fired for not meeting your first quota.
