everyone is pretty cool. They care to see you succeed.

Cons

Low base justified by them saying real reps don't care about base pay, they only care about commissions. The hours are long and the sales cycle is robotic. literally a script from beginning to end.

Danielle is easily the best manager I have ever had. She understood how to make me feel comfortable at work but still push my limits to achieve my personal and company goals. She also was extremely quick when it came to solving problems and was always persistent when it came to getting me or anyone else what they needed. Her insight in our 1v1 meetings helped me grow at a pace that allowed me to get promoted in just three months along with 4 others at my position.

Cons

I cant recall a single negative experience that I had in those 3 months working under her management.
