Pros

DearDoc continues to do AMAZING work for clients and the whole team is aligned to that goal. DearDoc also hires the best people out there and puts them in a position to tackle tough problems, and supports them every step of the way.

Pros

DearDoc is the best! Great team to work with!!! Managers are always helping out the team and finding ways on how to improve the company and the work environment even though the team is based on different parts of the world. They do a great job each day! The rest of the team is always very helpful and nice. The company has a lot of potential and I'm sure that it will grow tremendously this 2020.

Cons

When you work for DearDoc, bear in mind that you are not actually working for them but for a third party company, which hires you under the scheme of "self-employed", (not as a formal employee) lacking all kind of employment benefits that could come with it. If you are ok with this scheme and is something you are looking for it's the best fit for you!

Pros

Everyone at DearDoc is super passionate about what we do. The energy is palpable and I absolutely love it! I've seen myself become a workaholic (in a good way!) and definitely looking forward to coming to work. The company is growing very fast, and it gives incredible opportunities for growth within the company. DearDoc is a company that values improvement and is always looking for better ways to connect with our clients, which I think is really important.
