Not much. The salary is reasonable, but it does not come close to compensating for the crushing workload. Advancement opportunities are scarce and nearly impossible to achieve.

Cons

- The company is trapped in constant disorder because leadership is completely incompetent - Decisions are reckless and short-sighted, chasing quick gains while ignoring long-term consequences - Employee are stretched beyond limits with brutal workloads and impossible expectation - no support or sufficient resources are provided - Easily one of the worst places to work
