Been part of DearDoc for a bit now and it's such a great ride. The people are amazing, the culture is welcoming and challenging at the same time. Just being able to be yourself in a company and be around other people who are overachievers who work together as a TEAM is unreal.

Cons

Very fast pace and growth. Definitely not for the weak hearted, but if you are up for the challenge, its a lot of fun.
