you get to work with your friends, work remotely but also being able to meet them twice a year in their summer and winter parties!

Cons

Pros

The work atmosphere at DearDoc promotes productivity and collaboration between the people. The colleagues at are not just coworkers. They are always very happy to assist if there is any need. Also, DearDoc had offer me an environment for personal and career growth. I like the exposure that I have to high-level decision-making processes.

Cons

While DearDoc offers several advantages, it's well known that working in an administrative positions sometimes can be challenging when balancing multiple priorities. But in general it´s hard to point out cons.
