      Pros

      If you’re mobile you can move quickly through the company. Being a sports advisor here can give you enough knowledge to move straight into management in other companies. Fantastic teams to work in as everyone is sporty.

      Cons

      Harder to progress if you’re not mobile and has a lot more responsibility than other retail companies.

      There are no pros found to be honest.

      Cons

      City Square Mall has zero leadership empathy currently. “My way or the highway” mentality. Full time staff have been encouraged to resign. Overall workplace morale is down yet employee welfare is not taken into consideration. Employees are not allowed to use their phones or nap during unpaid lunch hour, they are only allowed to eat and use the toilet. Part timers are treated with no respect and full timers are being monitored like puppets. Zero room for career development.
