You are instructed to do a lot of unnecessary office works like sales forecast, sales results, stock replenishment etc. under an Ambiguous directions by a group of inexperienced leaders. There are no guidelines and standards in your job duties and responsibilities, which you need to be versatile to deal with the fluctuated, non-standardised job practices. Poor management team does not solve any problems in operations. Senior staff in front line most likely is inexperienced to lead a team which results in improper decision making.
