Freedom within your own department/sport Great colleagues, fun environment.

Cons

Salary is average, low increase rate, you'll fall out of salary grid in few years if you're capable. Company culture is free and yet immature as well, the retail department seemed to be so the most. Decathlon needs to think deeply before making a general strategic decision that'll affect everyone. The retail transformation has been executed poorly.
