- They don't have HR's in India.All hr tasks are done by zonal manager so lot of peraonal bais involved while hiring and appraisal. -If company bring managers from Europe, please educate them about country culture -I was hired through campus recruitment.After interacting with their store manager,I got some doubt regarding variable component of CTC and asked manager to clarify it.Instead of helping me to understand compensation structure,he withdrew my offer letter citing I am more interested in compensation. - Seriously???do this company expect people to work freely for them?? If I was not interested in their business,why didn't he gauge it during interview??Was he sleeping while taking interview??
