      You have a lot of power. If you work hard, they value you and will do everything to keep you happy.

      Cons

      Working hours are too much. Cannot get weekend or public holidays off (but that's retail anywhere).

      Best for graduates even for 12th pass as they can earn 25k gross

      Cons

      1. They hire Mba's on same pay scale comparing with graduates. 2. They show sports passionate people working here hell of the sports here. 3. Mba's are folding clothes for 8 hrs major work is this only. 4. Unbalanced life very poor timings. 5. Standing job they just want physically fit guy bcz all 8 hrs only physical work. 6. I'll never suggest any mba or btech to join this.
