- Lots of career opportunities internally in Singapore or even abroad, whether you want to become a manager or specialize in an area of competency - High degree of autonomy, you are able to make your own decision and creating your own success ! Even if you fail, it is taken as a learning point and not negatively. - Supporting co-workers and leaders, who loves sport, are very passionate about what they do and about making an impact for continuous improvement - Very good people support system (talent review, management timeline, training plans...)
