Great company with real values and objectives.
Cons
The entire company should be more profesional. They are not trained, neither management nor sales assistant. Many times they cannot cope with situations which require a bit more than a basic knowledge or skill. Employees at Decathlon are not really in the focus; there is no HR department and the management is not trained or skilled to cope with this part of their role.
