Pros
- fun loving colleagues and culture - sporty environment, but usually everyone will be too tired for sports after work - It is flexible in terms of work from home and working hours as long as work is done - Culture is generally friendly and highly energetic - bonus is given every month
Cons
- excellent work performance is required - must be energetic all the time - work long hours after working hours as workload is heavy - pay is not attractive - most importantly, no job security as one can be replaced any time. Therefore company is always hiring to replace the current employees. - Talking bad about other employees during individual meetings is encouraged - No clear career path and little transferrable skills
