      - I love to play sports -Freedom with responsibility; hence lot of autonomy and decision making powers - Lot of space to exercise one's versatility as the area of work is hugely diversified - Highly motivating for my career as it is a growing organisation in India - Organisation does not believe in hierarchy

      Cons

      - Lack of equal treatment - Recruitment process should be more flexible -Thankless job (sometimes); appreciation required - Useless meetings - Information not passed to everyone(specially the ones who work at the bottom of the pyramid)

      Pros

      The company encourages open-mindedness and sincerity. As an employee, you will have a variety of chances for internal career path. If you are passionate for sport, this is made for you.

      Cons

      MarCom in Decathlon is more of a service/ support function, which is different from other brands. It is more of a difference instead of a con: as a MarCom professional, you will be more hands-on and work more closely to the sales team which is how marketing should have been (in my opinion).
