Pros

Hyped and sporty environment Monthly review with leaders - if done well Best place to take up new skills Friendly teammates Work life balance - depending on your team

Cons

Some leaders are not experts at their field and they are also learning on the job. No proper KPI set at the start and it affects your end year appraisal Extra tasks added to your job scope which are called side missions and can cause confusing in your daily duties plus no increments. Extremely high expectations but doesn’t reflect in salary package. Salary is low compared to market rate even after considering ones experience. 13th month bonus - No Performance bonus - Only outstanding employees receive this. It is not a norm to receive this. Increment - You need to outshine to receive an increment
