      Pros

      Small(er) company with a good atmosphere. The project manager is accessible but not micromanaging the day-to-day work with the client, which is great. They recognize the good work we do with our clients. Yearly raises with end-of-CY bonus opportunities!

      Cons

      None specifically for the company, although the PTO is a bit stingy. The usual contractor/government dynamic.

      Pros

      A small company that treats us like family! Competitive benefits package . . . very few others companies of this type give an annual bonus! I've been with the company for almost six years and am completely satisfied with my experience here.

      Cons

      Going through some growing pains after winning a huge contract in Virginia Beach adding more than 150 names to the roles . . . a good problem to have!
