Decision Technologies reviews

I have been in the contracting business for the better part of 15 years and by far Decision Technologies has been the best contracting company that I have worked for. I’ve been employed by some of the larger companies and soon realized the larger companies treat workers like a number on a spread sheet. I have been employed by Decision Technologies for almost 5 years and throughout that time I have never felt like a number. The staff and management team have always addressed my issues as if they were their own. I never have to follow up and normally received my answer or resolution the same day. Quite frankly, the company treats me like family and this family takes care of each other. I have had many tantalizing job offers while working for Decision Technologies none of which I would even consider because the level of professionalism and dedication Decision Technologies places in their employees is beyond compare.

Inherent to DT is a true family atmosphere, that in my corporate experience is hard pressed to come across. DTs leadership is exceptional in pay and recognition, seeks inward for upward mobility, and leverages its DNA to potential clients achieving wins as a result.
