Pros

The people here are amazing: hard working, earnest, considerate, and humble. From day one I knew I would get and help or support I needed from anyone, regardless of rank or title.

Cons

I've been at companies with clear product visions, and Decisiv is not one of them. This feeds into some of the existing organizational challenges that are typical for a startup that has found success.
