Very clicky leadership team. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Struggle to fit in as a new employee.

- Legacy codebase - No clear promotion path - People don't want to invest time in refactoring the messy old code. Instead, they add more and more features to the it. - Main employees feel better than contractor but there's a lot a churn in their codes
