The best part about decypher is the personal attention you receive from your contacts. They really care and take care of employees.

Cons

Based in San Antonio their online presence leaves a bit to be desired. From the pay stub site to email it can be a pain but well worth it.

Pay 100% of medical and dental premium for the employee. Management is accessible and responsive to suggestions. Pay is at or above market rates.

Cons

Education benefits are minimal. They primarily work government contracts. That means when the contract is over, so is your employment.
