Toxic work environment, very poor leadership, favoritism, and the individual worker is just a pawn, a resource for the company to make money off of. This company has no interest in developing the employees and there is absolutely no upward mobility or growth. There is a military mentality of 'shut up and color' - do not ask questions and NEVER challenge leadership.
