Great Company for Advancement!

Pros

I started out in manufacturing and have always felt like I am appreciated. I have worked my way through Engineering to Project Management and have loved every minute of it. I wouldn't be who/where I am today if it wasn't for the support and guidance I have received here.

Cons

People don't often realize the advancement opportunities within the organization.

The company is fairly liberal when it comes to work life balance and it is easy to work from home or take days as needed for personal.

Cons

Overall salaries are well below market. Career paths and opportunities for advancement are not clearly defined. The middle management function does not exist so there is no focus on employee development and coaching. Employee turnover is high.
