Pros

Managers try their best to help and protect each individuals. The development of your personal career is also considered by the management team. There are many opportunities to switch roles in the company. Many people stay there over decades with constant promotions. They make sure you don't get bored. Work/life balance is good. Overtime is barely needed for engineering. Pay is fairly good for the responsibility. There is a raise every year to at least beat the inflation. Benefit is above average with 401k match, medical insurance, STD and LTD, etc. Health insurance premium is kept low. PTO is generous even for new hires. If you stay longer, PTO is even better and sometimes too much. A lot of social activities to have fun with associates and win prizes, including a formal holiday dinner every year. There is almost always something going on to have fun. Associate recognition is good. There are many ways to get awarded by the organization, such as anniversaries, "Living our Mission" award and "INSPIRE" award. Diversity is excellent. You can meet people with all different background and learn from each other to improve your expertise.

Cons

It is an OEM company so Engineers do not have much freedom to take ownership of the products.

Pros

Everything is plug & play & the instructions are right in front of you on a monitor with detailed pictures. There was plenty of overtime.

Cons

They say quality, but they really mean numbers. If the employees don't like you that will call you names and assume things about you. The leads and supervisors that I worked with are very unprofessional. Some employees will even threaten you and are very aggressive. If you come from a different culture you are treated with disrespect. There are a lots of selfish and hateful people if you are not related to them. The company is completely full of nepotism. I agree with most of the reviews here except the positive ones. There was nothing positive about the people I worked with except the ones that kept quiet and their mouth shut. One review said it best with, “I was harassed and bullied by a few coworkers and HR tried to deny it and blame me for it. Ended up quitting due to the stress. Was a horrible place to work.” I fully agree with this reviewer. This is the worst company that I ever work for and I over 30 years of work experiences. I almost went crazy working here.

Pros

I enjoyed the work and some of the people.

Cons

Management didn't care about employees. Human resources was a total joke. I was harassed and bullied by a few coworkers and HR tried to deny it and blame me for it. Ended up quitting due to the stress. Was a horrible place to work.
