Leadership takes the ownership for VC branding not for their employees at all; messy internal operation workaround - tons of applications implemented but ultimately to ‘use’ them for building homegrown craps; No clear roadmap and OKRs - every month to quarter is changing without notice to employees and customers (overnight change on pricing). You’ll be tempt lucky to stay on - remember - temporarily lucky.
