      Pros

      I like that I regularly have direct contact with my client, which in my experience is not the norm in consulting. Usually the client relationship is tightly guarded by an executive or senior manager. I find that directly interfacing with my client makes me feel that my work more appreciated.

      Cons

      The office is long walk (or a 5 minute bus ride) from the metro. However, on site parking at the office is usually easy.

      Pros

      Benefits are by far the top reason to be at DeepMile. Salary is ok and access to leadership is a plus.

      Cons

      Whether or not leadership listens to you is another story. The company is demanding with little to no reward due to heavy investment into IP (intellectual property). They will also try to lowball you on salary with the "promise" of a re-evaluation before annual appraisals.
