Business Outlook
Pros
Just a great place to work. Leadership has great vision, benefits are amazing and a great group of people to work alongside. The company is very flexible and allows employees a lot of latitude. They have an amazing product that is going to be a game changer and the employees share in the development and reward of that development.
Cons
It's a start-up, so a lot is expected, but a lot is given back to the employees too. Young company, so there is a natural growing pains -- if you are comfortable with bureaucracy in larger companies, you won't like it here.
