Great team-members. Diverse workforce. Responsive leadership. Plenty of learning opportunities. Merit raises.

Cons

Not much room for professional growth. Responsibilities constantly changed. Became a bit micro-managed. As with most federal contractors, job uncertainty was over our heads, though leadership was less than transparent about the likelihood of layoffs as they occurred.
