Pros

Salary and benefits, time off is generous and easy to schedule. Coworkers work well as a team most of the time.

Cons

Very top heavy organization. Lots of micromanaging. Inconsistent policies, management constantly contradicts their own policies, no transparency. Technology is far behind current trends, which severely impacts work productivity
