Pros

Work live balance is important to the organization. Autonomy and independence is provided to all employees. Flexible work hours and work schedule allows for easy adjustments when necessary.

Cons

Organizations are not integrated. Difficult to gain other organization support and cooperation. Emphasis on training can lead to difficulty in completing work tasks. Little to no direct relationship with immediate manager leads to lack of managerial knowledge on what and how employees are performing.
