Great Teams and fun projects to work on, people that have been there awhile are the best and truly do want to see you succeed. You will gain valuable experience at most teams you join. Company benefits are great.
Cons
Don't trust everything upper management/company board says to you or presents in a meeting. There is a clear disconnect between what employees are told and what will actually happen in their careers/projects. Career diagrams/counseling appears to mean nothing because you may be taken off of your chosen career path to better accommodate a "more highly impactful" team. Also company is growing at a rapid rate and because of this has clearly slowed in their quality and careful choice of people they are willing to hire to meet their growth goals.
