Pros

Smaller company that is growing. Benefits are outstanding. Paid for every hour you work. Healthy team environment. Employees are appreciated. Interesting projects. Paid training. Lots of energy, positive atmosphere.

Cons

Company is getting larger, some growing pains but working thru them.

Pros

Flexible work schedules, we are paid for every hour that we work, generous leave including a paid sabbatical program, paid volunteering, tuition reimbursement, company trip, training opportunities, good health benefits, events, competitive pay, regular 6 month performance reviews, and more!

Cons

Definitive Logic doesn't have many down sides, management works hard to listen to the employees when they have concerns.
