Pros

Winning team. DL consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations and with that recipe, we continue to win new contracts. We're encouraged to learn what other teams are doing and branch out to add value. CEO and President knows each of us and weekly engages with us in discussion talking about new and upcoming events. Expectation for no dead weight is clear from the start - I expect a recent negative review came from someone who wasn't willing to work hard to perform that value for the customer. I have been very happy here and fully empowered.

Cons

as the headline says, my expectatations for a workplace have been exceeded - there's currently nothing I would change.

Pros

There aren't any unless working in a stressful and biased environment is what you're looking for.

Cons

Management doesn't care to take action when letting them know of discrepancies in the workplace. Favoritism and being treated terribly are acceptable in this company and HR seems biased too.
