Semi-flexible schedule allowing for work around holidays and appointments.

Cons

Not an employee-first atmosphere. Unfair review process. A lot of things that shouldn't be done are done so that people can make their required profit levels. It's almost impossible to fire a bad manager with their current system, and those good workers below them suffer.
