As long as we were set for an event, our schedule was our own

Cons

Evaluation system linked to pay was out of balance. Huge disconnect from the cake-eaters at Corporate and the front line operators.

Pros

The money is off the charts as a server, hours are somewhat flexible, the airport is interesting, benefits are the best I've ever had.

Cons

Management is a mess, including HR, very unreliable chaotic, and never makes sense. Most of the time management and HR doesn't respond to phone calls, texts or emails. The stress can be very high, traffic is sometimes non-stop. The environment is filled with drama and tension at times. You may get called in to work on your day off.

Pros

Fun atmosphere and lots of job opportunities worldwide.

Cons

Always understaffed in managers and are left working several positions for no additional pay. Very poor leadership and management. You have to figure everything out on your own. There are no procedures in place for anything but are expected to run everything perfectly.
