      Pros

      This is a self-made position. You truly get out what you put in. It helps that you get to attend sporting events and concerts and get paid for it. Very high levels of autonomy.

      Cons

      You're going to have bad days. Whether that's with sales, customer interaction, etc. I don't have any cons about management or anything like that - the key is to just keep your head up.

      Negative attitude stems from management down. Old style of management through fear and intimidation rather than constructive coaching and leadership.
