I was managed by 18-year-olds and at the time I was 24 and had 6 years of retail experience…..it just felt weird.

After a long career across other industries, I can honestly say that the Delaware North "culture" is the most inclusive and positive environment I have had the pleasure of being a part of. I have found all levels of management to be friendly, positive and erudite. I absolutely relish working with these people. The diversity of tasks in my role is broad and very interesting

Pros

Flexible schedule, you choose the days you want to work. Part time, only work for about four to five hours a shift. Employee parking, don't have to find a place to park because they have an employee lot. Employee discounts, 50% of food and tickets throughout the regular season

Cons

Coworkers, pretty much anyone can work there so you will get some bad apples. Even the laziest employees will manage to hang onto this job. Tips are shared, the tips you make are shared with everyone else.
