Pros

They first appear to have theme selves organized.

Cons

False expectations set during the hiring process. Advising more shifts but barely having any to the point of it being a complete waste of time to even go through the hiring process. For a large group (70+) on the team I was part of instead of using a scheduling app or even a spread sheet they continue to use a group email chain that in theory could work but is so poorly managed that people aren't always included or receiving the shift bid information that they should be. Lastly the managers fail to communicate with employees via text or email for anything from w2 information to general questions.

Pros

The discounts were ok, but nothing crazy enough to make anyone excited.

Cons

Where do I begin? The management was abysmal. The hours were limited, but if you didn't stay available for call-outs, your hours were somehow cut even more. The staff never worked together as a full team. If there was ever an event being held on property, it felt like walking on eggshells, because everyone was expecting something to go haywire.

Seasonal if that's what you want Not difficult work

Cons

Discriminate/retaliate against employee Tell coworkers to treat employee ,management don't like, in harsh manner creating hostile work environment Tell other managers to treat employee they don't like in a nasty manner Lie about requirement of the job Destroy employee reputation so they can't get job elsewhere
