They pretend to care about the smaller locations

Cons

Upper management is bound to the corporate hierarchy and they act like repairs come from their own pockets.

Major Health Violations and Safety Issues

Pros

Guests, entertainment, coworkers. Decent pay (no benefits).

Cons

Management is a mess! Basic safety and health guidelines aren't followed. Questionable accounting practices and missing inventory. No accountability. No transparency. Don't question anything. Favoritism affects pay and scheduling.

Pros

•consistent pay •free parking •attend free baseball games

Cons

Toxic management. I was scheduled to work inside a bar and then I would arrive at said bar and management would tell me “oh you’re working a portable today” which is basically a tiny lemonade stand that sells 2 tap beers. You get absolutely no customers at all and have to stand in one spot for an 8 hour shift. When I voiced my concerns to management, they told me I had only gotten hired in to work said portables. This is not true. I was specifically told I was hired in to fill another employees spot… who worked inside a bar. They will also watch you like a hawk and have a lot of dumb rules. I truly had the worst experience of my life working here. Sad because I was super excited when I got hired in.
