      Great employer for transgender individuals.

      Pros

      Delaware North is incredibly supportive when it comes to those who are trans. When I came out, there was zero concern as far as it impacting work. I have had near universal support across the company.

      Cons

      I have not encountered any cons at this time, though they are incredibly slow to hire.
