They controlled the national park contract so you can easily backpack and hike while working for them.

Cons

Since you are looking for seasonal work most likely, there are lots of "lifetime" employees that will never move out of positions that are highest earning. It is also possible to be paired with other "lame duck" employees that make your life harder but they cannot be removed because of the Union you are forced to join.
