Pros
The environment working for DNC is fun - I personally was in sportservice and loved meeting all the fans and enjoyed the energy during games and special events. Most of the associates and some of management were great
Cons
My location allowed very unprofessional behavior to slide again and again, even after guest and employee complaints. Nothing was ever taken seriously and was typically joked about. Most of management was hugely unprofessional and rude on a regular basis and made the job unenjoyable. Even during my initial interview the supervisor was bragging about how drunk they had been the night before and showing me how they broke their phone while intoxicated. Compensation was also sub-par and left much to be desired for the workload and unconventional hours.
