-Cool locations to work at -Has housing benefits -Lots of different job options

-Poor management -HR doesn’t care about employees -Overworked and low pay -Management harassment -Management retaliation

Somber experience

Pros

•Having every other weekend off. •The staff, for the most part, is great great. • The White Sox front office gives awesome accolades to staff members of the park on a monthly basis. •Wonderful General manager that does not micromanage.

Cons

•Kept staff from previous company who barely showed up for shifts and cause havoc amongst staff. •Op manager is clueless and does everything last minute. •A lot of heavy lifting because of lack of help and no supporting staff.
