above award hourly rate for casual staff. ability to work all over the work with this company, as they have offices in every continent

Cons

staff come as quickly as they go, and the company has no desire to try and retain good staff lonterm so staff that work there are never top notch and always changing and impossible to keep good staff, they provide little to no training just outline the job for the day in brief description then throw workers straight in the deep end, at massive events and functions and sporting events. leads to stressful and chaotic days
