Company is very quality oriented, focused on competitive advantage through superior product. They care about their managers, and pay is pretty good.

Cons

You have to work with a staff of seasonal employees, so you get a lot of individuals who are ok with drawing unemployment for half of the year.

Fun people to work with at least in the Guest Relations usher staff. Friendly staff throughout the building. Commitment to teamwork! Guest path is a great program!

Cons

the pay is only part time. Not much room for low level temporary employees to advance. But a great part time job!
